🌞 Summer Heart Health Tips 🌞
Summer’s longer, sunny days are perfect for outdoor activities, but it's essential to exercise caution when temperatures and humidity rise, especially for those with heart conditions.

🏃‍♂️ Exercise Benefits: Strengthens your heart and enhances well-being. Planned exercise can bolster your heart, but unplanned or excessive activity can strain it. Always consult your doctor to tailor your exercise regime.

💧 Stay Safe in the Heat:
1) Time of Day: Opt for early morning or late evening workouts to avoid peak heat.
2) Listen to Your Body: Stay hydrated, and don’t push yourself if you feel unwell. Sports drinks can replenish lost electrolytes.
3) Wear Appropriate Clothing: Light, breathable clothes and a broad-brimmed hat help regulate body temperature.
4) Check Air Quality: Use the Air Quality Health Index and protect yourself from mosquitoes.
5) Allow Recovery Time: Avoid over-exertion and ensure your heart gets adequate rest.
